Business Hours SLA Countdown
A control to show a live countdown to an SLA deadline that counts business hours only, not calendar time.
A case due "in 18 hours" on a Friday at 4 PM is not due Saturday morning — with a 9-to-5, Monday-to-Friday schedule it is actually due Wednesday at 10 AM. This control does that math client-side and refreshes continuously, so agents see the working time they genuinely have left.
The display is color-coded by proximity to the deadline (on track, approaching, due very soon, breached) and the whole schedule is configurable through properties: business hours, working days, and both alert thresholds.
It binds to any Date and Time field on any table, so it works for case resolution SLAs, work order time windows, opportunity close dates, contract expiry, or any time-bound commitment.
