Routing Diagnostics
A control for Dynamics 365 Customer Service that surfaces unified routing diagnostics in the app. It lets support and admin users trace how a record was routed, inspect the matched workstream, routing rules and assignment outcome, and pinpoint why a record landed in the wrong queue or stayed unassigned, without digging through routing run logs manually.
