A control to turn a text column on a model-driven form into a picker for a native many-to-many (N:N) relationship that looks and behaves like the platform's own multi-select choice field. Every pick or removal is saved immediately as a real relationship link, with no plug-in, extra table or JSON, and related subgrids on the form refresh by themselves.
